Why do we need testing in the control panel?<\/h3>\n

Panel testing is very important step in electrical projects; if we skip it or do not do it properly then we may face many issues at the time of installation.

Missing Components labels
Loose Wiring Termination
Wrong Components Selection
Missing Connection

Print an updated copy of the final electrical drawing and check your drawings against the panel to make sure that everything is built to the specifications on the drawings.<\/p>\n

And check that the IP rating of the panel is the same as in the drawing.<\/p>\n

Next, all components are checked to ensure that they match the bill of materials<\/p>\n

 we check that the required component labels and panel name are present, correct, and easily visible.<\/p>\n

 All wire labels to ensure that they are correct, and are easily visible.<\/p>\n

After the component and wire labels are checked, we check all screw connections for tightness.<\/p>\n

Then, we pull on each wire to ensure that no connections are loose and that wires have the appropriate amount of slack (loose).<\/p>\n\n\n
