Fan and filter

In an electrical control panel, a fan is a device used for ventilation and air circulation. It consists of a motor and fan blades rotating to draw air into the panel and expel hot air.

On the other hand, a filter is a component used to trap and remove airborne particles, dust, and contaminants from the air passing through the control panel. Filters are typically made of materials like foam, mesh, or pleated media that can capture and retain particles of various sizes.

Both the fan and the filter are usually placed either axial or centrifugal, depending on their panel design and airflow requirements.
